At Grizzly HERS Testing, we’re dedicated to providing our clients with certified HERS Testing and verification, including the Title 24 HERS documents. While initially designated for only state-owned buildings, California extended the reach of Title 24 energy code standards to include private residential and commercial buildings in 1978. The purpose of this was to establish specific guidelines designed to reduce energy waste and improve building efficiency.
