Amazing problem solver! As a real estate investor, this isn't my first HERS test, but it was the most challenging because of the third party agencies that issue the certifications. Grizzly saved the day and are hands down the best in customer service. They got my project transferred from calcert to Cheers and got my final approval where no one else could. I'm STILL waiting for Calcert to call me back and grizzly found a solution and got my certificate faster than i could even get a call back!

Jeremy arrived on time, put booties over his shoes before coming inside to keep dirt out. Spent two hours going over everything, when I didnt quite pass, he thought the vents might not be sealed quite well enough so he sealed them up, no charge, and got the air flow to pass.
He helped my system and me. He gave a competitive price, a little less than another quote I had. Even if he charges more than the lowest possible quote you get, Id recommend him over someone that is cut rate in quality.
